How much are delivery costs?

Reebok charges flat rates per address, depending on the delivery method. Rates (incl. GST) are as follows:

Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.


How long does delivery take?


Due to delays with our distribution partner,  please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your order to be fulfilled.

Standard Delivery: 15 - 25 days                                  
Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.


Please note:

Our warehouse is closed on public holidays in Melbourne, Australia. For orders placed on, or the day before one of these dates, delivery time will be extended by 1 - 3 working days. During sale periods, orders may take longer to process.



How long after I receive my shipment confirmation email will I be able to track my order?

Please note that until the carrier updates their system with your tracking information, you will be unable to track your order via the online tracker. Your shipment confirmation email should include a link to track your order online. There may be some delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, however the carrier usually updates their information within one business day. Tracking information should be available as soon as you receive this email.




Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

Yes, as long as they're both in the same country. Just enter separate delivery and billing addresses during the checkout process.




Why has my order been Returned to Sender? 
There are two reasons why our courier partner has not been able to deliver your order:

•    Incorrect shipping address; or
•    Item has not been collected within required time frame from Australia Post.
